At AURAEYA, we stand behind the quality of our jewelry. Our Returns and Warranty policy ensures you can shop with confidence, knowing we cover any defects in materials or workmanship for three years.

Return Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 45 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The item must be in its original condition, with all original packaging and tags intact. Please ensure that you include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation with your return. Please note that while we refund the full purchase price, the cost of shipping the item back to us is the responsibility of the customer. Warranty Policy

AURAEYA jewelry is backed by our 3-year warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials and craftmanship but does not cover damage due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized alterations. Normal wear and tear, breakage, bending, or loss of components from regular long-term use are also not covered by this warranty. If your jewelry has a defect within the 3-year warranty period, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost.
