Normal wear and tear, breakage, bending, or loss of components from regular long-term use are also not covered by this warranty. If your jewelry has a defect within the 3-year warranty period, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost. To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with your order details and a description of the issue at contact@auraeya.com.
We offer 30-day exchanges for all customers that order from us. Please reply to your order confirmation email to contact@auraeya.com to start the process.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 45 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The item must be in its original condition, with all original packaging and tags intact. Please ensure that you include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation with your return. Please note that while we refund the full purchase price, the cost of shipping the item back to us is the responsibility of the customer.
