What is the Warranty Policy ?

AURAEYA jewelry is backed by our 3-year warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials and craftmanship but does not cover damage due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized alterations. Normal wear and tear, breakage, bending, or loss of components from regular long-term use are also not covered by this warranty. If your jewelry has a defect within the 3-year warranty period, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost. To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with your order details and a description of the issue at contact@auraeya.com.

What is the Exchange Policy ?

We offer 30-day exchanges for all customers that order from us. Please reply to your order confirmation email to contact@auraeya.com to start the process.  

What is the Return Policy ?

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 45 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The item must be in its original condition, with all original packaging and tags intact. Please ensure that you include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation with your return. Please note that while we refund the full purchase price, the cost of shipping the item back to us is the responsibility of the customer. What are the shipping costs and estimated delivery times?

Order Splitting:

For orders within Canada and the US, if the estimated dispatch dates are more than 7 days apart, your order may be split.


Shipping Fees:

Shipping fees are based on the subtotal before taxes and discounts and are non-refundable.


International Deliveries:

Orders outside the US, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, and Germany may incur additional customs duties and service fees. AURAEYA does not control these charges and cannot provide estimates. Please contact your local customs office for more information. AURAEYA cannot reimburse duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

We don’t have it on hand yet, but it’s coming soon! Not to worry, you can still purchase it and your order will be added in the queue to be shipped as soon as it’s available. The estimated ship date is indicated on the product page and at check-out for your reference. Kindly note that you will be charged at the time the order is placed.

Made To Order*

Once your order has been placed, we need to craft the piece since it’s being made specially for you, and can take a bit more time to be processed. Be sure to note the estimated shipping date on the product page so you can plan accordingly.
